The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I had an issue with my sale items still qualifying for free shipping at checkout. If both a regular-priced item and a sale item were in the cart, the promotion applied when it shouldn’t have. I reported the problem, and they fixed it quickly—within a day. Throughout the process, support was always available and ready to help if I needed any further changes.

I tested countless apps for several days, I finally stumbled upon this Discount Mixer and realized that this is the best discount app on the entire app store. Their support is not only fast to respond, but extremely helpful in configuring complex discounts. I can't say enough good things about the guys at discount mixer!! I have been working on a website launch for 14 months and they have been diligent in their assistance all along the way. They created over 1,000 custom discounts for my company in under a month's time. We have a very complex tiered pricing system, being a wholesale brand, and communicating all the ins and outs to them was a breeze -- always with a quick reply. This app has a lot of options for discounts excludes/includes and best than the others. We had some small issues with out storefront and POS and their customer service was excellent. Fast response and fixed my issue in a timely manner!

We've had a great experience with Discount Mixer thus far. It is very user friendly making it quick and easy to create discounts. Customer service is fast and very attentive to needs. Some features are still in development, but they are very open to working with you in order to make the app work with your site. Overall, very impressed.
