Merchants say this app delivers a much better search experience than Shopify’s native search, especially for large catalogs. It’s described as faster, more accurate, and forgiving of typos, which reduces “no results” and boosts conversions and sales. They value the clean, image-rich interface, powerful merchandising tools, detailed analytics, and easy setup. Support is frequently praised as proactive, hands-on, and helpful during onboarding and optimization.

This App is really good and the customer service given by Egor is amazing and quick response to my questions and ready to help me improve the search feature to adapt to our need. Thank you very much for your help. I highly recommend the app.
Thankyou Shaun for your fantastic support, which hopefully will lead to lots of extra sales. Doofinder does seem a great app for people who don't have the time to promote their site. Our company is one of them. Thanks Dave Somers The Wetworks
Dominic is absolutely awesome! He has patience like none other! It took a month for me to sit down and check out this app and I am blown away. It combines the great options of multiple apps into one and more! Seriously, worth checking it out!
The functionality of the search bar has been a game changer for our site and we look forward to what we will be able to do in the future. Alexandra is a superb account manager. I wish our other partners were half as conscientious and thorough.
We absolutely love the app!
Daniel was so helpful the entire time running through the app and getting us started with everything. We have already seen a large influx of customers who enjoy the experience and we will continue to grow as a result
Sulaiman has been extremely helpful and informative in talking me through all of the benefits as well as setting up the program. He thoroughly explained all of the features and took the time to listen to and answer any additional questions I had.
Very useful app for which we have only just begun to take advantage so certainly it has many more uses and features yet to be discovered. Very friendly, patient, knowledgeable contacts who have gone above and beyond to communicate and assist us.
