Merchants say this app delivers a much better search experience than Shopify’s native search, especially for large catalogs. It’s described as faster, more accurate, and forgiving of typos, which reduces “no results” and boosts conversions and sales. They value the clean, image-rich interface, powerful merchandising tools, detailed analytics, and easy setup. Support is frequently praised as proactive, hands-on, and helpful during onboarding and optimization.

Great app! Working with search has been a pain to find something that is customizable and easy to use and functional, and we have appreciated the onboarding process with Doofinder.
The whole experience of learning this app has been wonderful. The reps are very helpful and will walk you through the whole process to make sure nothing is a surprise. I highly suggest downloading this app and adding it to your store. Best search engine on Shopify.
Sara has been so helpful in guiding me through the benefits and uses of the app. Without her I definitely would not have tried the app and subscribed. She is commited and reliable. I love what the app is doing so far and look forward to having Sara's support as we decide if we should upgrade our plan down the line. Thanks Sara!!!
