This app is one of the best I have seen on shopify. The service is so nice, it helped me with customization and didn't give up when problems seemed unsolvable. The AI integration helps customers to get answers for their questions. On the one side you can have the chat icon in the corner where AI answeres you many questions but you can also have it on your product pages where it gives additional information for each product. And this all is for free! Get it now, it is worth it

Dori is an excellent App, with a uncomparable customer support.They have helped me configure settings and features on the app in double quick time, they genuinley care about their product and the client.

Semplicemente STUPEFACENTE! Facilissimo da installare , praticamente si autoconfigura da solo e prende in automatico le informazioni basandosi sulle info del tuo store. Facile anche addestrarlo e correggerlo. Credo sia l'assistente AI più facile da configurare sullo store. Puoi personalizzare l'avatar, e sopratutto l'interfaccia cliente è semplicemente perfetta. voto 5 stelle perchè non si puo' desiderare di meglio. ASSITENZA CLIENTI RAPIDA ED EFFICENTE. BRAVI.

質問への回答だけでなく、実際の表示内容や設定状況まで確認しながら対応していただけるため、とても助かっています。
また、導入後まもなくAIとの会話を経由した注文も確認できました。お客様がAIと会話しながら商品を比較・検討している様子を見ることができ、接客ツールとしての可能性を感じています。
特に良いと感じたのは、単なるチャットボットではなく、店舗の方針や世界観に合わせて育てていける点です。
さらに、改善要望や不具合報告への対応も早く、継続的に機能改善が行われていることに安心感があります。

単に商品を検索して紹介するだけではなく、商品の特徴や素材、宝石に関する知識はもちろん、お客様の目的やシーンまで理解したうえで、適切な商品を提案してくれます。
特に、結婚記念日の相談に対して、誕生石やデザイン、重ね着けまで考慮して提案していたのには驚きました。

We’ve been using Dori as an AI chat widget on our Shopify store and we’re honestly very happy with it. The setup was easy, and what impressed us the most is how well the AI understands our catalog.
We have a huge amount of products in our store, but Dori still manages to know the products really well and gives customers helpful answers and recommendations. It makes it much easier for visitors to find what they’re looking for, especially when they don’t know the exact product name or need help choosing.
The chat feels natural, the product search works well, and it adds real value to the customer experience. On top of that, the support is great. They respond quickly, are friendly, and actually help you get things set up properly.
Definitely recommended for Shopify stores with a large product range that want better AI search, product recommendations, and customer support.
