Merchants recommend this app for launching and scaling private‑label coffee brands. They like the easy Shopify setup, automated syncing and fulfillment, and broad range of gourmet coffees, teas, and pods. Many highlight roast‑to‑order quality, fast shipping, and custom packaging that helps build a distinct brand. Solo operators especially value that roasting, bagging, labeling, and shipping are handled for them, plus responsive support and hands‑on setup services.

Great business model in theory, just no meat on the bone with the prices. The cost per 12oz. bag is almost $14 landed, which means I need to charge $19 to make $5. That margin is simply not sustainable or scaleable. There's not enough room in their pricing structure for me to offer free shipping to my customers without losing money on every order - let alone room for a reasonable marketing budget. In my experience with dropshipping, you need to leverage every single offer, up-sale, and coupon you can. Unfortunately, their prices simply are too high to make this work.
I'm sorry our business model isn't what you're looking for and our margins are where you need them.
Our coffees all come with free shipping, so hopefully that was already clear for you.

Haroon was amazing. Very informative, patient and professional. He walked me through aspects of setting up my store that was difficult to comprehend and execute as a beginner. Dripshipper is an amazing app and they provide great service!
Everything was intuitive and easy to learn, and being able to really brand yourself and market yourself, you have all the tools available to you and the resources that you need.
1.19.24 - Update: Monthly fees are too expensive, and the increase in prices of the coffee itself are eating up profit margins, if you raise prices yourself, customers won't return. Not sustainable.
Great customer service and very easy to work with. I was having issues with providing payment options. They were so kind as to guide me directly through a zoom call.
