What a responsive and professional team! They helped me along the tedious process of getting my german and UK VAT numbers as well as answering all my questions. The whole tax thing for e-commerce is quite a misty territory. EAS was able to give me a lot of clarity on that!

As a business owner from the USA, learning about the proper tax laws in other countries can be overwhelming. We want to be and stay compliant with the laws and we wanted to offer our courses to our friends in Europe.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I was really anxious about it all before I contacted EAS, but they put my mind at ease and made the whole thing so easy. I posted my first package with my new IOSS number today. Highly recommend!
