Merchants recommend this app for flexible “build your own box” and custom bundle experiences that standard Shopify can’t handle, like gift boxes, assortments, and “buy X for Y” deals. They highlight easy setup, strong customization, accurate inventory tracking, and increased average order value. Many appreciate the free tier to test fully and describe support as fast, hands-on, and effective at resolving theme, discount, and display issues.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was an extremely disappointing support experience. Despite the many 5-star ratings, the level of support did not match expectations. I’ve worked with Shopify apps for years, and this was the poorest support I’ve encountered. Lich was the person I spoke to. Wow!
