Great product, I have it in two of my stores now. It works great and customer service is the best.
Really took the time to help me figure out everything I was asking for. Very polite, and knowledgeable. Also very easy to work with, and next to zero waiting time. It is definitely a must have product for small businesses.
Fantastic app. I started with the free tier, and in 2 minutes had the custom fields I needed on two of my product pages, for customers to personalise their order. Seamless, and just works. I am now working on adding the fields to the packing slip, and Alice was amazing - fast and knowledgeable.
They have been very, very helpful as I have set up options. They also very quickly got something added that I wanted to see. Mari especially has been great and very responsive!!
