Have to say it really is a great app and add on to our store. It was able to save us a lot of money on web design. The help and support is very quick and they are always more than happy to help. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to go past the basics of a normal website. The help especially from Lich was amazing very quick and speedy and always kept in contact.

Unfortunately, I had to change my review as the plugin is not performing as expected. These guys have amazing support and are quick to answer, but unfortunately, after 5 days of constant back and forth, they were not able to get the plugin to work, so we had to move to another plugin. If Shopify offered a ticketing system, the whole process would probably be more effective. Every single time I raise the issue again with the developer, I have to explain it from the very start and upload videos, screenshots, etc, instead of just pulling up our chat history...

I wanted to be able to add a customization field for my product page. The app made it so easy! I was happy to see the customer entered data transfer to the cart. However, it didn't show on the customer's order confirmation email, nor on the email notfication to the store. HOWEVER, there is a fix for this in Easify's help section! They had great instructions on how to edit the code on the notfication emails. I did need help with one of them because my code wasn't matching their example so used their chat feature. They were super quick to respond. Viloette was awesome! She was so quick in email conversations, edited the code for me, and voila! It's perfect and just how I want it to be! Yay!

This is my first time setting up a website. I had no idea what I was doing. I make a lot of custom products, and the Easify App was recommended to me. It's been amazing! I was able to figure out most, but for the things I was unsure of, I contacted support, and was greeted with kind, helpful people. Very impressed with this app but even more, the team behind it.
It offers features/options that are only limited by your imagination in creating a smooth shopping experience of offers to customers.
Now the most impressive part of all this is the support team and their commitment to provide the best interaction with the app. They are on-point when you contact them, they ask all the right questions to find resolve and always come back with a solution.

I have tried many other apps, Easify is the best variant app so far. it's incredibly easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. This app is easy to navigate and has all the options I need for my products. I had a little trouble setting up the options I needed for an item and Violette helped me so much via the chat. She was able to record a video showing me the steps I needed to take and I was able to get everything set up the way I wanted. She was a great help!!
