App works great for me so far. Easy to set up and Tracy in customer support was very quick and helpful in fixing a small issue I ran into.
Love the extension so far. Anne helped me troubleshoot my concern with visuals and videos
I've had so much help from the employees here on Easify.. They are always fixing my fails.. Today Jen saved the day by doing what I couldnt I appreciate her so much.. Great Service with this app!!! 100%

I had an issue with making a custom option for a product listing and I wanted to get some help on the chat support. I spoke to a representative named Tracy and she was really sweet and supportive. She answered my questions and even though it got resolved quickly encouraged me to come back to her if I needed any further help. She made me feel comfortable and supported that I have somebody to help me resolve any issues so I can fully understand this product and how it'll work with my website.

After trialling many similar apps I ended up choosing Easify as it’s straight forward and easy to use. When I encountered an issue Tracy attended to it immediately and provided a solution in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this app!

The customer service is awesome! Tracy was great and very helpful during my setup with Easify. When I hit a roadblock, she was swift with providing a solution to my problem. She went the extra mile by sending guided screenshots as well as a video for further assistance. Easify is the app I never knew I needed for my website.
