It’s praised for handling large CSV/bulk uploads, complex migrations, and 404 monitoring with patterns/Regex. Merchants credit it with protecting SEO and Google traffic, and describe support as fast, patient, and highly hands‑on.

Your APP helped very much for our store and customer service is also excellent and efficient. We don't know why this APP can be free.
Recent updates have broken the ability to redirect a URL to a collection. I called Tech Support and the guy they connected me to was of no help like he didn't know the app.
We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've been having after the recent updates, especially the difficulty with URL redirection to a collection. Furthermore, we'd like to have another chance to assist you and get this problem resolved. We promise you that our team will be in touch shortly to sort out the hiccup.

Horrible app. The concept is good but the execution is horrible. I've been trying to do a CSV upload test with only 10 products, and got an error message like 8 times! What a waste of time this is.
Hi there
I'm sorry you've experienced some frustration with the app. Please respond to the email from our support team - they'll get it sorted for you.
If you could consider reviewing your review if our team are able to resolve this to your satisfaction, that would be great.

App isn't completing any redirects despite multiple tries. Contacted live chat without a reply. Sent an email. Will adjust review once I actually get a reply on how to fix this fundamental issue. Hopefully this triggers the support team to help. Thanks in advanced!

Thanks!

Been using this app for over a year now and it works great!!!! I do not delete my products but rather make them non-visible in my store. Since they cannot be viewed in my store (https://www.discountdressshop.com), if someone clicks on the link to the non-visible product, they will get at 404 page. This app is great for bulk uploading non-viewable pages to be redirected to another active page on your website. Great for taking links in Google Search Console that were found to be in error and redirecting them to an active link. Highly recommend this app as it saves me a ton of time!!!
We're thrilled to hear that you've been finding Easy Redirects beneficial for over a year now! We are moving our jewelry store to Shopify and because of extensive social media links we needed to redirect more than 100 products. The support team was responsive and helpful. Easy Redirects is a good solution and "easy" to use.

diverseclothing.com London 750 redirects - took 5 minutes after creating the CSV
I'm going to give 5 stars even though, at time of writing the Developers haven't replied to an email I sent them just over 24 hours ago.
Reason for 5 Stars? App does exactly what it says it does on the tin, without any glitches and without any kerfuffle.
During that 24 hours, I downloaded the developers sample CSV and got on with it. Creating the CSV was the only thing that took any time, and it took a lot less time than running 700 redirects through using Shopify's 1-at-a-time Redirect.
You only need complete 2 columns:
Get your original URLs into column A (minus the http:// part) and your target URLs into column B (also minus the http:// part).
Always start *every* URL in both columns with "/" (minus the quotation marks).
Reason I include this info: it was only the CSV formatting which I wasn't sure about.
Tip: Use the 'find' or 'replace all' command in Excel to get rid of loads of "http://" bits. But remember you want to start *every* URL with: /
Hi! We're thrilled to see that you've given our Easy Redirects app a 5-star rating and found it straightforward and glitch-free. We appreciate you sharing your CSV process and valuable tips with other users, it's really helpful!
We take note of your feedback about the delayed email response, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. While we strive to stay on top of our customer inquiries, there can be occasional delays. Your patience is greatly appreciated, and our team will certainly respond as soon as possible.
Your feedback serves as an important tool for our team to continually make improvements to our service, so thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Sc Easy Redirects is a great app that has helped us redirect hundreds of Error 404 pages successfully. Excellent support from Tarik, always ready to give technical advice on using his app. If you want to monitor your site's Error 404 pages daily to eliminate dead pages, I highly recommend Sc Easy Redirects.
Einfach top!
