404/301 SC Easy URL Redirects

We've set the app up in our store but there is an issue with the wildcard redirects and they are working quite well. We managed to lower our 404s with a custom page. We've had issues but it turned out not be the app that had issues, but Shopify itself having these issues.

After running a web crawler on our old site, we had over 10,000 individual pages. We needed to ensure our customers at least arrived at our new home page if used an old link. This app made the process completely painless. We are very happy with the customer support and functionality. Thanks!!

Love this app! It is a must have when you are replatforming to Shopify from another platform. Very easy to use for the redirects, and the 404 monitoring was extremely important as we were getting started! You can easily fix the 404s and it sets up a redirect, and will alert you when you have new 404s.

I had hundreds of redirects I needed to create when I switched from Volusion to Shopify. Easy Redirects was super easy to set up and use, and the redirects occurred instantly. Staff support is great, too.

Update: many years later, I'm still using this app and am very happy with it, as well as the fast service.

So far so good!
With other similar options at 5$ or more it's hard to say a free app is not worth it.

Well maybe unless it's not working but Easy Redirect is working!
I got close to 100 bulk redirect links as my first test and it took about 10 minutes to go through the system.

I'm glad I found this free app because it saved me at least 2 hours of my time!

App is great but support is not. After about 6 emails and waiting almost a full day between each I still have no answers. I give up on their support and will find my answers elsewhere. Answers are short, vague and pointless.

App does exactly what it says. Put in your old and new URLs and it redirects. Its perfect for what we were looking for, we needed something to create a redirect when we ran out of stock of a product and were not getting any more in stock. Makes redirects easy and painless.

I had been working on my google ads and realized I had many, many broken links so my customers were seeing things like page not found etc!! Really kills time on site and conversions. Someone mentioned the Easy Redirects app. I downloaded it but just had a hard time grasping the terminology and how to fix (redirect) my broken urls. Easy Redirects customer service rocks!! They stuck with me and my ongoing questions until the light bulb came on! I now have a much better understanding on how negatively broken urls can impact a store and thankfully NOW I'll be able to fix them before I lose too many potential customers!! We just performed a migration from PrestaShop to Shopify and unfortunately didn't have access to the FTP of PrestaShop (webmaster closed down) which results in he fact we were not able to do a clean migration (= no dead links in Google). First, we installed a redirection to the main page in case of 404 to ensure we were not losing clients and thanks to the app, we just had to click on the daily alert to fix dead links one by one (we could have create automations too but we just prefer to do it manually). In one week we have fixed most of the common dead links (average 50 a day) and it is reassuring to see the number dropping in real time. We highly recommend this app as our Google traffic is still at the top and we are generating a higher turnover every day ! It is reassuring to have this app keeping an eye for you on your SEO.

Great app. We were able to change all our url handles seamlessly! Highly recommended.

I've fix 150 not-found urls within a couple of minutes. So easy to use. Very handy app.
