Feedback submitted
Merchants say this app reliably “just works” for managing redirects, even long term and across multiple stores. They find it very easy to use, with a simple interface suited to non‑technical staff. It’s praised for handling large CSV/bulk uploads, complex migrations, and 404 monitoring with patterns/Regex. Merchants credit it with protecting SEO and Google traffic, and describe support as fast, patient, and highly hands‑on.

It's been a helpful app so far, however, I can't seem to find a way to export the redirects. Is there any way to export an CSV file, for example?
Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately what you're trying to do is not possible through the app. However you can do it by going to:
Online store > Navigation > Url redirects
Our support team have also sent you a message to reiterate this. Hope it helps!

Great app to action redirects. Google console shows a number of pages which are indexed, not in site map and this app is helping me work through them
Excellent - glad the app is able to help. Thanks for your review!

Extremely helpful to keep on top on 404s, considering all of our new launches and colourways. Automated email alerts very useful and nice, straightforward app.

Great tool, we migrated to Shopify from another platform so all our links on Google were directing to a 404 error page. This made it easy to direct our old links to our new Shopify links.

Wanted to redirect traffic from an old page to a new page and this worked great. Took me all of 2 minutes to install, hide the old page, (so I could optionally bring it back later,) and set up the single redirect in the app.
Hi - thanks for taking the time to write a review of our app, and we're pleased you found it so easy to use!

Hi, it's been a helpful app. I have a question though - since you can't exports the redirects from the app and import them to the native Shopify URL redirects, once they are created in the app - do they automatically go to the URL redirects too?
Hi there
Thanks for your review. Regarding your question, I have passed this to our support team who have now made contact via email.

Wow-amazing customer service. I had some problems and I got an immediate response that clearly delineated the steps with my User errors. I've never had such great customer service for an app, much less one that is free. Thanks!
