Easyship ‑ All in One Shipping

Gesselle and her team have been a great help and a real delight in assisting me on tracking down my DHL E-commerce parcel that would have otherwise been lost and I'm extremely grateful for that. We have used EasyShip to scale our international shipping from one location in Australia to now running shipping out of Australia, EU and US. While there are always hiccups, the great customer support has meant if we run into trouble problems get solved quickly. We had no e-commerce experience when we started out and feel grateful we had a partner in Easyship that had the patience to help us scale up.

Update** - costs to ship globally have gone through the roof, EasyShip still provide extremely competitive pricing, which allows us continued growth on a global scale.

Easyship was super quick and easy to setup. It allowed us access to many large freight companies without a minimum spend. Also their software syncs with Shopify so no retyping of customer details saving hours during dispatch. Our customers love it because they get accurate shipping estimates during checkout and it even tells them the estimated duty/taxes and speed of delivery, providing them choices based on their needs. 5 Star!

Our shipping process have been greatly enhanced since we started using Easyship six years ago. Their customer service team is excellent, and we receive prompt responses from them. The platform is clean and straightforward and provides essential and useful features. They have tremendous growth potential if they take customers' feature requests and feedback seriously. All in all, very little complain. We highly recommend Easyship!

Easyship helped to streamline my shipping needs and made international a whole lot easier. It's easy to use and support is great, I would recommend it for anyone new to Shopify and wants to simplify their shipping.
However I wish it works/integrates better with the Oberlo app. I have some dropshipping items that don't work with the Easyship app. It would be great if it had more options for a mix of dropshipping and adding of adhoc couriers.

**Edit** It was a rocky start but Jess from Easyship called and immediately jumped to help us with anything we needed to get going. She was patient and knowledgable. We look forward to using the Easyship system!

I spent an entire 9 hour day trying to set this app up. Never succeeded. No real support except for them to send you links for you to read their info which only gives you more questions. No thank you! I will return to Go Shippo

I've been using Easyship for a couple of years now and it's pretty fantastic. You simply sync your orders from Shopify and based on the delivery address and package specifications, you get an immediate list of couriers you can use. You can schedule a parcel collection and once you ship, the tracking details is sent to Shopify which then sends it to your customers. Very user friendly and beautiful shipping integration.

PS : The generated labels are also perfect.

We have been using Easyship over a year. It has been helpful for us and easy to use.

Their customer support has always been helpful as well. There is not a perfect app for everything. Of course sometimes there are bugs, missing parcels and shipment adjustment fee. Customer service do alwasy reply and try to help us the most they could.

In all, very little complain. considering how handy this app has been for our business. Do recommend a try to see if it works for you.
