We just connected our shopify store (plus other platforms) with our QB system with Webgility and have only been using for a week. It is easy to use and such a time saver. The customer service team is also helpful and walk through each step to make sure it is properly setup to be successful. Would highly recommend.
Kshitij is awesome at implementation and further assistance! Our store is quite complicated as we do B2B Business, Webgility has been a joy to work with throughout the entire process.
Webgility works really well with QuickBooks. I am able to pull in all the needed info from my shopify store. Any time I have a question or issue customer support and technical support are always easily available and stay with my until all my issues are resolved. Today I had the pleasure of working with Aditi and it was a great experience.
