Preitit was super helpful in getting the Shopify Sales Chanel added to the exact specifications that we needed. We always appreciate how quick and thorough the service is and if there are parts of the process we need more clarification Webgility is always willing to explain further.
Overall very good app to use with QB. It doesn't sync everything and it takes some getting use to but it is a useful app. The people are very kind as well. They will help you with whatever questions you have.
Aditi provided excellent support! She was responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist. Truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Faizan was incredibily helpful when getting our Webgility up and running to match Shopify to QuickBooks Desktop. We changed how we wanted to record items, and it didn't phase him and he was able to explain everything simply.
Prerit was an excellent person to do the onboarding with very experienced and knowledgeable about the product. I don't know why I waited so long to switch to Webgility this is so much easier to use than the previous company I was with. I would definitely recommend Webgility to other people looking for this type of product.
