Prerit was helpful reviewing current settings and determining how to improve the sync process with QuickBooks Online. The app is somewhat of a work-in-process for my situation, however I feel the Webgility team is constantly working to improve it. They take feedback and look for solutions. It's a pleasure to work with them.
Customer service is quite prompt. Aditi with Webgility was very helpful and very professional.
Using Webgility has solved all my problems with managing inventory. The technical support setting up the system was great, and they answered all my questions.
