Prerit was very good and was able to quickly get my company onboarded. We did run into a coulple of issues and he will be running them by the team. Great experience.

The Webgility team provides amazing customer service! They take the time to listen to our brand's needs, walk us through the implementation process, and give us directions on any changes we need to make to ensure everything works properly. They are also very flexible on when they are able to set up a call with us.

The platform syncs smoothly and the onboarding process was also smooth with Prerit Agrawal.
Been using webgility for a while now and there have been some issues syncing with Amazon & QB but the customer service has been great to correct the issues. Would def recommend Webgility
