I wanted to try this app out before leaving a review. Glad I did. My experience with the support almost made me leave it but I am glad I stayed. Andrew, Eric & Hana are awesome! Not only did they assist me with my stupid questions they didn't make me feel like I was stupid when helping me. They were upfront and totally made it worth asking.
If you want to make your site look as if you paid thousands to create it, get this app. I've tried them all from xxxxxxxx to xxxxxxxx (being nice not putting their names because they were good apps but EComposer is better). It's worth it and better than being stuck with a $300 theme that you can't really change with your vibe.
If I were you, get the PRO plan for all the bells and whistles.
I started using EComposer just about a month ago and it has already proven to be an invaluable tool for our company. We create and maintain our Shopify site in-house. EComposer allows us to quickly build attractive and interactive content that delivers a great user experience, leading to conversions. Finally, my experience with their customer support has been 5-stars! Very timely response to address my questions and issues.
Caroline, on their Support Team, has been great to work with, as well as other that I have interacted with!
Could be a good application but did not meet my exceptions so uninstalled it - now reviewing my theme code and notice there are EComposer codes left in at least 21 .liquid files. I have been manually trying to remove all.
I am hoping it would get remove automatically once uninstall so people dont have to deal with it.
at least that what shopify require from developers once issue "Build For Shopify" badge
Hi there,
This is Maria - Customer Support Manager at EComposer. I am so sorry to hear about your issue while uninstalling the app. Actually, it is a must to add codes to your theme since the Page Builder app works directly with your theme. We always advise users to use the "reset" button on the app setting before uninstalling it. Then, all the app's code will be removed.
Since we can't do anything from Shopify admin > Apps to notice about safe uninstallation (app cannot interfere), so all we're doing is sending a couple of emails to guide you, but I guess you didn't notice it.
We're happy to assist you in removing entire codes with just a click. So kindly check out email and let us help.
Again, sorry for all the inconvenience & hope for your kind understanding.
Best regards,
Maria
This app has been so helpful with allowing us to create beautiful Shopify pages without the need to hire a developer! The interface is super user friendly, and their support system is incredible! Caroline chatted with me for hours to help get all my questions answered and issues resolved!
A bit of a learning curve for all the features. I enjoyed building out my first landing page! I'm considering purchasing the $19 plan so I can publish more. Update: Also got help from Luna (cause I'm still learning), helped me set up my section exactly how I wanted. Update: I got the $19 plan, I enjoy the ongoing support and all of the features from the complete creative control and being able to customize desktop from mobile. THIS is the app you need!
I recently used EComposer for my Shopify store and was thoroughly impressed with its user-friendly interface and robust features. Eric from E composer customer service was super helpful. Been having a problem for a couple of days not able to edit a particular text field in one of my landing pages. He quickly identified the problem told me how to correct it and now all is well. I enjoy using this app because it's very user friendly and also customer service is very responsive.
Highly Impressed with EComposer!
This app is incredibly user-friendly and offers a wide range of customization options that allow me to design professional, high-converting landing pages without any coding knowledge.
The customer support team is also fantastic — always responsive and quick to assist with any questions.
Total game changer!
I've used this app to build a new site and it's been wonderful. I needed support recently and reached out to their chat, and both Eric and Anna were able to quickly help me fix an issue I ran into. The tools are very easy to use once you get the lay of the land, and I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for help in building pages/sections with drag and drop tools. Thanks!
