EComposer Landing Page Builder

I've used this app to build a new site and it's been wonderful. I needed support recently and reached out to their chat, and both Eric and Anna were able to quickly help me fix an issue I ran into. The tools are very easy to use once you get the lay of the land, and I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for help in building pages/sections with drag and drop tools. Thanks!

Review for EComposer and Elise's Support

I’ve been using EComposer for my Shopify store, and it’s an absolute game-changer! The app itself is incredibly user-friendly and packed with features that make building and customizing pages a breeze. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned designer, this app makes creating stunning pages so much easier.

What really sets EComposer apart, though, is their outstanding support team—especially Elise! She went above and beyond to help me solve multiple issues I was facing. Her patience, expertise, and willingness to ensure everything worked perfectly made a world of difference. It's rare to find this level of support, and Elise truly shines.

If you're considering a Shopify page builder, you can't go wrong with EComposer. Highly recommend it for both its functionality and stellar customer service!

For some reason I did not have the menu after installing the app so could not subscribe to a paid plan. After going in circles a few times I reached out to support and spoke to Hana. She shared the steps and confirmed I did not have the menu to select subscriptions. I tried logging out and refreshing everything but it still did not come up. While doing a video of to show her it refreshed and appeared. I then tried the discount code which failed but Hana helped with a different code and everything went through fine. Thanks!

I really enjoyed my experience with EComposer. I had technical difficulties with many other applications that I tried. Glitches. However, so far I have not run into any glitches with EComposer.

Hana has been incredibly helpful; she helped me with some questions that I had. She answered my questions and successfully navigated my issues.

I like that EComposer gives me a channel for my creative self expression while allowing me to cater to my clientelele's needs. I find it to be important. I am in a creative field and I find creativity to be important.

Hana & Jade was very helpful. Got 6 months free with a certain theme and she managed to walk me through how to do something that would have taken me hours to learn!

It's a shame that the default shopify doesn't have something like this, as its another thing to have to pay for... but this does work very well, especially for someone with no coding experience.

EDIT: Had even more help from Jade <3

I have tested many landing page builder applications for shopify, however i must say, EComposer is by far the best one out there! Very easy to use and there are many customisations for your needs. As soon as i encountered an issue and needed help, Susan assisted me right away and was very polite and patient with me. She is wonderful! I Give the app 5 stars and Susan 5 stars.

AMAZING support and app. Many modern styles and sections to help drive conversions. Helped customize everything I needed to optimise sections for our store. Eric is super talented and the response is so quick - it's like having a personal coder to help with those finer details many themes are missing. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend this plugin!

It offers a wide range of templates to choose from, and once you apply a template, the design looks exactly as it does in the preview—unlike some plugins where designs can break or change due to compatibility issues.

You can adjust the interface individually for different devices, such as desktop, mobile, and tablet, which is incredibly useful.

Most importantly, the customer service is excellent. Their team is always available to answer questions, and they resolve issues very quickly with a great attitude.

Eric assisted me today, and his responses were both prompt and effective. It’s refreshing to find a reliable and user-friendly plugin like this, and the pricing is fantastic too!

Amazing!

10 stars across the board. This app allows me to use a basic Shopify template and "skin" it how I want with ease. Great pre made templates. this app has def taken my product drops to the next level.

AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST EVER. Really, you get a real person and a helpful response quickly. Shout out to especially to Anna and Andy too, for always being there and helping me when I cant figure it out myself.

Jade was super helpful in her support! Prompt response and quick to identify my issue. Thank you :)

The tool itself is great. Takes a bit of time to learn some nuances, but well worth it. I can create some great looking pages in desktop and mobile without any formal training or payment. Worth it, as long as you give yourself time to learn - plus you can stay on the free plan till you get the hang of it.
