Essent Preorder Back in Stock

I cannot say enough good things about this app. I have used other pre-order apps in the past but they often split the payments and items on orders through the app table view rather than on the order admin side, which makes it hard to manage long term.

This app is affordable, they do not currently charge a % fee from the pre-order sales. AND the best part? They considered multiple languages in the app and you can translate easily!!!

Its rare that I find an app that does everything I need and is affordable.

The only "issue" i had was with the display of the buttons, and Sebastian was very quick to answer my support email and help me with the changes.

I tried 3 other pre-order apps and they all were ok, but lacked features. This app was great, but I ran into a few problems that I didn't think would work for me. I reached out to the developer customer service and received outstanding customer service that helped me find workarounds to my (very specific needs) and went above and beyond to explain future steps that I needed to know but didn't ask. I have dealt with 3 different individuals through customer service and each of them have been fantastic! I highly recommend this app and the people behind it!

So far so good! I have a handful of listing in my shop that are specifically for pre-order. What I like is you can customize the "buy button" with specific information according to your needs. It also automatically adds custom tags on the backend of the shopify order to keep everything organized.

The app was easy to set up and thankfully did all I needed it to do. The preorder button is there when my inventory goes out and automatically goes away when I restock.

We still can’t believe it’s a free app! So if you’re thinking of giving it a try — just do it.

One small note: the app currently offers limited customisation in terms of preorder text placement — it only allows the message to be displayed below the order button.

Also, when adding a new product, the app doesn’t automatically include it in existing preorder campaigns, so you’ll need to add it manually. That said, it’s still very easy to do.

Hopefully, the developers will add these options in the future.

Other than that, the app is near perfect. Did I mention it’s free?!

Honestly, it’s a no-brainer, you won’t lose anything by giving it a try!

There are highly customizable settings, useful campaigns and a really helpful staff. We're using both the preorder and back in stock features.

So thankful for this app! It's so easy to use, and there's always something new in the works that the creators are working on to make this app even better! I would love a backorder button in the near future, and I am excited for the split fulfillment options coming soon

Early days with the app, but so far looks good. I've been able to set up what I wanted with little difficulty and support have been very helpful (and speedy)!

We were particularly interested in pre-orders/deposits, and this app helps us group pre-order products together, making it easier to manage these campaigns.

Update: Been using the app for some time now and have had cause to speak to support a few times. Always a fast and helpful response.

This is an incredible app! Full featured and works perfectly for my needs. I had been testing multiple preorder apps and this outperforms others that come with a much higher price tag. I really appreciate how easy it is to get setup and had it running in just a few minutes. Preorders are easy to manage and update and have instantly cut down on customer confusion with delivery date expectations.
