Evey Events & Tickets

As a dance instructor, this app has made scheduling classes easy. Ticketing for my dance workshops is seamless, too, since you can use an Android or iPhone, while most apps require Apple devices. My theme recently did an update that was causing issues with the app. Ron was quick to respond to all of the questions and concerns I had.

Evey Events & Tickets, and especially Ron, have been an incredible support to us for our upcoming EFL Japan Summit. Their team went above and beyond to help us set up their app, which has made organizing our event a breeze. We are truly grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone in need of ticketing and event support services.

We use this app for tickets to our weekend shows. Every time I've needed anything form the Evey team they've been amazing and SO helpful. I'm pretty limited on tech stuff, they are always there to walk me through step by step, show me articles and have even gone as far to add options to my events if it wasn't already available. Love having their help and support!

Really enjoying the full integration of sales thru Shopify which streamlines the event-browsing and ticket-buying experience for my customers. Also, having the tickets directly thru Shopify, keeps the customer on my website instead of sending them to a 3rd party ticket site. Excellent support staff has answered my questions and fixed things for me in a jiffy. Thank you!

I installed the Evey app a week ago, after playing for a while I realized it was almost perfect for our ticket-selling business, so I deleted all the others that I was testing. As far as I have been able to test and compared to the other ticketing apps, Evey is, by far, the best. And his support, second to none (Jason has been helping us set up the app, including some custom features without charging, he is amazing). I am so pleased with this app, keep up the good work ;)

If it were possible to give Evey a ten star review, I definitely would. We're an autism non-profit, and we host events throughout the year. When I emailed the support team with questions, they emailed me back within minutes. When I explained who we are, and what we do, they offered us a free subscription, allowing us to use more of the money we raise to help families affected by autism. We use this app to manage manual event check-ins and send out additional virtual event registration information. As a small non-profit we look for simplicity with the external tools we use. We have been using Evey as our go-to event management app for over 3 years for events that are small and 1000 people plus. The Evey customer support is fantastic in helping resolve setup and configuration issues. Their team is always incredibly responsive and are eager to help troubleshoot and assist when needed. We hope to continue to use Evey for years to come.

This company is excellent. They're software is good, but the Customer service is fantastic! We had an event that our bookstore manager accidentally deleted 1 day before the event and it was completely gone. I emailed their customer service at 7pm the day before the event and they had a way for us to access the information by 10pm. After hours... customer service!

That's what makes a great company. I suggest that they make it more difficult for an event to be deleted, but when it comes to responding to concerns, they are absolutely on the ball!

This app has been a game-changer so far for our company! Prior to this, we were using Excel sheets to monitor and check in our guests with different ticket types. This caused so much confusion, frustration, and was extremely time-consuming. With Evey, all that hassle is eliminated. It's easy to create and merge existing events, upload event attendees, and customize their tickets. The Evey team is extremely helpful and responds in a timely manner to questions. I'm looking forward to trying out the check-in process at our upcoming event, but I am anticipating this will go smoothly!

I used this app for three concerts of our festival, we saved money by not hiring a ticketing service. Evey's system and interface are very intuitive and user-friendly. And additionally, they have great customer service (fast and helpful). I totally recommend them.
