Was a real help to remove variants that i didn't need anymore. It took 5 hours with basic plan, but it would take me weeks to do it manually.

Even I selected orders to export, current system doesn’t work well. The app picks all orders, or different orders.

Merchant did contact our support and the issue was that merchant had misunderstood existing app functionality. Based on details that merchant had provided to us we also adjusted the app to fit the specific use-case (to be able to apply Export Filters when changing the Preset, when coming from Admin "Export Items with Matrixify" menu).
After we added the requested feature to the app, the merchant no longer responded to our contact attempts to resolve this issue.
We would still love to get in touch to clarify if the app now works as you expected and if the issues mentioned in the review are now resolved.
LOVE this program. Had some problems with some language settings where Shopify do not allow to bulkupdate, but by esporting/importing again with a few minor adjustments, more than 7000 clients could be changed

J'utilise Matrixify depuis +de 5ans sur absolument tous mes projets. Invaincu. Je conseille également de rejoindre le Slack qui met à disposition un chatBot entrainé sur la Doc, vraiment un gain de temps incroyable.

Matrixify is a lifesaver. It allows me to upload and modify thousands of products and collections quickly and securely. If there are any errors, the import history makes it easy to fix them right away. It automates and streamlines the product upload process, making it much more efficient

Saves a lot of time! Moving from BigCommerce to Shopify was initially daunting, and I was skeptical about paying for a subscription for what seemed like just importing and exporting CSV files. However, the service proved to be well worth it. It streamlined the entire process, saving hours of manual work and ensuring everything was transferred accurately. This app is a failure. I guess the positive reviews come from people who have 2 collections and 5 products, or left a review before actually using it. The app makes thousands of errors. It never transfers everything, loses photos, collections, makes mistakes, and displays nonsensical messages that have nothing to do with the actual problem. It's a disaster. They should refund everyone.
Moreover, when you contact support, it feels like you're talking to an NPC who doesn't understand what you're writing and whose replies are off-topic.

From the very first e-mail to our Support, this Merchant showed disrespect and anger towards our human Support agent.
She has experience of 4+ years in Matrixify Support, and tried her best to help this Merchant to resolve their issues.
The issues were assumed functionality which at the moment don’t exist in Matrixify app: importing CSV file that was exported with custom column delimiters; and importing Metafield Definitions. For both of those missing features we have added + points to increase their priority.
The ticket was taken over by our COO, but the Merchant still did not want to follow the instructions how the app should be used, and kept harassing our team.
We have refunded this Merchant, but that did not stop them to insult us further, and not coming to mutual understanding. Additionally, the Merchant asked us to send them the money to PayPal in exchange for deleting their review.
Such behaviour in unacceptable in overall friendly Shopify ecosystem.
We will escalate this to the Shopify Legal because this Merchant has violated Shopify Acceptable Use policy in several points.

Exporting and importing Shopify products was always very stressful because every little accidental change could mess up all products, but Matrifixy has given me back the confidence to export and import larger files. Some of the (many) features I really love that come with Matrixify are that you are able to choose real specific product/variant/collection/page -or whatever you want- attributes, sort/customize the columns in the order you want them to be, schedule exports (good for automation,) generate specific data to the specific formats they need and save the export-settings so you can easily export files with the same settings.
