I would give this 10 if I could! We went live with 1500 skus and no way would it have been possible with the Shopify csv upload.
Support is absolutely amazing, Maris is responsive, thinks about what you are trying to achieve and is a delight to work with.
Tutorials are clear and extensive. Works with basic data plus metafields, all collections, Google data feeds...everything you can think of, even multiple image loading.
A must have app!
All I can say is WOW! Matrixify has been a breeze to use, and that means a lot coming from someone that is not technically savvy. I used their service to migrate order and customer data over from our previous web host to Shopify. I found their customer service and response time to be insanely fast and knowledgeable, often receiving a response within 5 minutes with the appropriate answer to resolve the issue! Great product for data migration, highly recommended!

Fantastic app, I'm so glad I read all the other glowing reviews and signed up. This app is saving me time and money and makes it so much easier to do bulk updates and changes to my product listings, and it's backed by one of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered - Maris goes above and beyond when it comes to problem-solving, analysing, brainstorming and delivering solutions. If you use Shopify and want to be a power-user, you need Maris (and Excelify!) on your team. Thanks Maris!
Uploading and deleting orders was easy with the app. Deleting bulk is a life saver, especially when I realized some of our customer data needed to be modified.

Bulk deleting is helpful indeed, if you need to really delete them.
But in most of cases you could also just update them. You can even update specific columns only, if you need to fix just a few fields.
If you need help with that, please, let us know via the Support, and we will point you to the right tutorial for doing just that.

Excellent app
We used it to change all the discount codes in the shop (more than 1000). it worked great. the customer support is also very helping (used Slack to communicate with them which I find great!). Thank you very much :-)

Matrixify is the best app if you are not just a small shop with 5 items. We are exploring B2B opportunities with Shopify and Matrixify is THE import/export tool. I am talking about 3,000 products with a total of almost 3,000 different variants. Matrixify helped me with large product, customer, and pricing. Bad app,not working

Looking into your account, it appears your Imports have processed correctly - the earlier run didn't update anything because a setting had the wrong data type selected, which was then corrected by your next Import. If something still isn't working the way you expect, we'd really like to help get it sorted. We've emailed you about this and would love to hear more.
