This app is pretty the best amongst other FAQ apps. It’s simple, highly customizable, and can be placed anywhere in the store. Highly recommended.
We started with just the basic FAQ page about a year ago and upgraded to be able to add the drop downs on our product pages. Definitely worth the upgrade. Bhushan was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful and we are very happy with how it turned out. We've never had a problem with this app!

You get a lot in the free edition of the app - it is very easy to use once you're in. It offers two basic layouts in the free edition both of which are fine (both can be customised with your own colours). I emailed with a quick question which was replied to within 5 minutes and was extremely helpful.
This app has been a huge asset to streamlining our customer support efforts. Not only does it work wonderfully from a functional standpoint, but it also looks great as well. Reaching out to the developer was easy when we encountered an issue, and was resolved quickly! Using the app was easy to build out our FAQ page. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to provide their customers with a professional FAQ page.
Would highly recommend as I was able to quickly spin-up beautiful FAQs page even though I'm not an expert at computers. Simple editor has various configuration options which you can tune to any extent to match with your brand. No other app is even close to what this app offers even in free version. It's truly efficient and useful app.
Other app I tried was slowing down my website and also installed some code in my theme which I had to get it removed by contacting their support. FAQ page created through this app is super fast and looks beautiful.
App is super easy to setup with lots of design configuration options to help match branding.
Can even link to faq questions via url which is helpful for customer service inquiries.

And seriously, 7 minutes after installation? That's some speedy reviewing! We didn't even have time to break out the welcome dance. Maybe next time they can give our app the attention it deserves before making their grand exit.
Oh, and did we mention the Shopify shenanigans? Apparently, our competitor's 1-star review spree got them in hot water – Shopify froze their store like it's a scene from a winter blockbuster. Looks like karma is quicker than their reviewing skills.
