Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

The entire Filemonk team, and Anaam specifically, are incredibly responsive and helpful! They addressed a problem we were having (of our own creation) with extremely fast turnaround!! The Filemonk app has been easy to use and is a great service for providing our customers with their downloads and easy access to re-download as needed.

Super app pour vendre un produit digital. Service client au top.

Easy to use and works perfectly, also has great and fast customer support

Excellent customer service—responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I was impressed by how quickly my feedback was acknowledged and a change to the user experience was implemented to make things even smoother. Keep up the great work!

I recently used Filemonk when setting up my website. The support was really good, and they responded very quickly to help me.

Very easy to set up and get going. Nice brief tutorials. I just started, so I'm waiting to see how the rest will go. So far so good!

There is no perfect software, but you find the best on the market by the customer support and by the effort spent to evolve the application based on the customer needs and experience. Filemonk is the most complete application for download stores on Shopify, and has the best customer support I ever found on any other app.

Great app so far.
I would recommend this if you need to manage pdf things in shopify.
The interface is understandable and the support is good

I was having some trouble uploading my digital product to my shopify that youtube couldnt even properly instruct me on how to from scratch. I reached out to shopify and they connected me to filemonk support and Anaam was such an amazing help! In just one email that she responded to I had my issue resolved. She was able to provide me with the proper help with no hesitation, definitely keeping filemonk around because of her outstanding effort.

Awesome customer service. Easy to install to Shopify. Love it! Can't wait to get my first customer for digital downloads.
