Merchants describe this as a simple, no-frills tool that’s very easy to install and use, often with a single download button. It reliably bulk-downloads all store files into ZIP archives, automatically splitting large libraries. Many use it for quick backups before cleanups, migrations, or expansion stores, noting it handles thousands of images in minutes. The free plan is frequently praised as generous and time-saving.

exported my photos in my files quick status. and it's free what more can you ask for? Using this text to hit minimum.
This app worked perfectly! I needed to download all of our product images and it worked like a charm. Thanks y'all! :)
Really simple and elegant app that solves a user problem, it has saved us a lot of time when creating a new expansion store.
Extremely easy to use! Plus it is free, so there's that :o))
Simply click to download all image files and product files. That's it!
Seems really good, files downloaded in an archive, fast and simple to use.
Nice work guys and thank you for a free app to get me out of trouble :)
Very useful app for thousands of images and works well. Highly recommend using this for backup or just downloads. Nice how it divides the downloads.
AWESOME, downloaded 1.5GB shopify site in 5 minutes. All possible issues that would prevent the app from working seem to have been resolved by the developer.
Amazing app! Literally downloads all files in a click of a button! (Store files are default and you can select whether you want to download product files as well)
Absolutely brilliant app. In 2022 you can't mass download or upload files to a Shopify store, so when you're cloning a theme you lose any media that is used from the Files location in the Settings. Doesn't matter if you're paying $2k a month or nothing - Shopify thinks you should have to download and upload every file on your website one by one... The only thing this app misses is an ability to upload files in bulk, using a ZIP file, but it doesn't sell itself as doing that so can't be too critical.
Useful (and free) app that plugs a long-standing hole in shopify functionality. Crazy that it's needed at all, but very welcome none the less.
