Flits Loyalty Rewards Program

Really impressed with this app and the support we have gotten so far! We recently moved our store from another platform (WP + WC) and wanted to move to Shopify to streamline and make things easier on us maintaining it. We were very lucky to find this app and it helps integrate the following for our customers: * Wishlist
* More complete Account page
* Loyalty program

I have used this APP to one of my website, I then added to our main website. It's a bit expensive but it works really nice, my customers love it. I great shout out goes to Ankit. Not only understood what I needed immediately, but was happy to implement the change in few hours. not only this, when i comment about a details way outside normal working hours, the message was read and implemented in minutes. I deal with a lot of APPs like many that use Shopify, this customer service is one of the best if not the best. Thank you

We have recently added this app to our new theme to add some features to our website that we were unable to offer before. The reason we added this app was primarily for the re-order feature, but the other features it offers has been a hit too including the recently viewed items and the ability to order directly from the review list. It's just a shame that the wishlist option is an add-on, that would have been nice to have been included. The support we've received from Flits has been excellent and we would highly recommend them. The app and support are great. I would consider our store (balloonin.com) and the way it's set up to be pretty unique in its challenges for how products/kits are built, but their support has worked with me quickly and efficiently to make it all work. It is a really simple app to use and looks very nice. I am currently only using the customer profile page, but intend on checking out some of the additional paid features as well now that I trust the app and support. Ankit Joshi has been my main point of contact, and I have been very satisfied with the communication and results.

Great app over Shopify's basic looking customer account page. Definitely adds a more professional looks and feel to our site (with minor coding tweaks I made to meet our needs).

Lots of useful add-ons if you require them. AMAZING and FAST customer service. I asked them if they could code me a Newsletter check box and they ended up coding a whole new tab just for this within an hour.

(at the time of writing this... I've been emailing and chatting in real time with support for about 2+ hours. Awesome and friendly service)

Great app definitely worth a look, even if it's to give the accounts page a nicer look check it out for FREE. Originally wanted a reward app that would integrate with judge.me (also another great review app btw) so store credit add-on was on my list to check out. I also included the social login which gets those members quicker :)

Had a few hiccups James was great and helped set up things promptly via chat app. As many before me have mentioned James gives top customer service and always seems to be there when needed d('-')b ... There are a few things I'd like to see in future such as rewards for social shares and follows etc. Hopefully implemented in future updates, I'll certainly be looking forward to that.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. It has everything an online store really needs in one place: a beautiful customer accounts page, wishlist, rewards, referrals and more. Instead of having to install many different apps this app already can solve so many problems. And its true that many of us neglect the customer accounts page the most, when it should be one of the important aspects. I have tried and uninstalled so many rewards apps because I found the points system/ conversion rather confusing, what Flits offers is very easy for me to understand. Thank you also to the customer support (shoutout to Ankit) for helping me customize a quite a lot of things...and everything was solved super fast. Truly worth every penny.

As an owner of Shopify multi-million brand with over 20k customers registered I'm very happy about this app, first of all, I want to thanks the support team for their effort in helping me integrate my website with their amazing app They went beyond and above to make sure that the app has been set up properly, I wish I can see this great level of customer support with other apps Second, the app is pretty easy to use and set up, I can see how my customer is using it instead of using Shopify default customer account page. It makes it very easy for the customer to see the details of their orders and their past orders If your business is growing with thousands of customers, you can't just rely on Shopify default customer account page ( This is a must app ), especially if you have returning customers The price is also affordable and you pay as you grow I'm very excited to use the other function

I just installed this FLITS app last week. I have always been looking for a more professional looking customer account page where customers could have access to all of their information in one spot. The professional look of the account page on this app is great. I was able to add links to pages with customer support information that has been really helpful and customize the look and feel the way I wanted to help increase the look and feel of our brand. I had to reach out to customer service for a couple of things that I wanted setup a certain way and the customer service was prompt, responsive and very helpful. I wish they had integrations already built with a couple of other apps I already use but hopefully that will come on their roadmap sometime in the near future.
If you are looking for a better alternative to the basic Shopify account page, I would definitely recommend this app for you to try out.
