Amazing app and great support

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible help and support. From day one, Harsh went above and beyond. He even jumped on a call with me and patiently explained everything I had questions about.

But the main reason I’m writing this review is to highlight their amazing support with custom coding for one particular product. A special shoutout to Asif and Ishan, who handled the custom script and code changes; amazing job, guys.

It hasn’t been long since I started using this app, but I already love how easy it is to use and how great it looks on my product pages. I especially like that you can add free gifts or add-ons directly on the product page with multipacks. And the fact that you can display images for bundle options is something I haven’t seen in any other app.

Overall, I’m really happy with both the app and the support team. I highly recommend it.

I have to report this app to Shopify as unfortunately when I logged in, not once but TWICE did I see conversations in the chat that the app support people had with other merchants. Yes, I could see details of private conversations. Obviously this a major data breach where their chat support is leaking information and it speaks to the quality of their software architecture.

I would have deleted the app anyway because it was causing major problems with the prices of bundles not updating when we changed a component price ie "syncing" or "dynamic pricing". The price would update in some places like on the product page, but it wouldn't update in the collection page, so I'd have bundles showing two different prices as soon as any of us changed one of the component products. I was promised dynamic pricing and they did not deliver.

To fix the price syncing issue, they said I should click on the sync button in each bundle to fix this problem temporarily and when I said I didn't have time to do that - we change prices everyday - they said they would do it until they found a solution. Next day I checked the prices again and guess what, they didn't do the sync as they said. Their proposed solution to the prices not syncing was a "global sync" button but it would have still depended on the merchant clicking that button every time a product price is updated which is absurd. They said "automatic sync" didn't work last time they tried it, so there is clearly a deeper problem with their software architecture because I can tell you that as a software engineer that an automated syncing and dynamic prices are possible. I now use Fast Bundles and their bundles prices updated with no issues when I change the price of a product that's in a bundle.

These guys will promise you the world and they won't be able to deliver it, as well as likely being in breach of data privacy laws and no doubt, Shopify requirements for hosting an app on the store. It's a minor issue compared to the above but I should note that I didn't feel respected in my conversations with them - I had numerous calls with them and they repeatedly spoke over me and didn't let me finish talking.

My next step after this is reporting them to Shopify with the screenshots I have of their conversations with other merchants.

Fly Bundles and Quantity Breaks has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The app is simple to set up and has helped us increase our Average Order Value with smart bundle and quantity discount options. Their support team is incredibly quick to respond and always helpful whenever we need assistance. Highly recommend for anyone looking to boost sales and improve customer experience!

I’ve had a great experience using this bundle app. It’s super easy to set up and very user-friendly, even if you’re not overly tech-savvy. The interface is clean and simple, making it quick to create product bundles without any confusion.

This app is really straightforward and delivers exactly what we were looking for especially for the localization part as we run a multilanguage shop. But is the customer service that really impressed us. Regardless of the time zone you are in Shri will always be there to help you out very professionally and extremelly fast, willing to go the extra mile to help you personalize and customize the experience your customers will have when visiting a page where a bundle offer is displayed. Highly reccomended.

I just added the Quantity Breaks Module to my online store, and it’s been really awesome! The layout is clean and fits my store’s vibe perfectly. And customers can spot the bulk discount options right away, no confusing clutter at all.

I recently started using this bundling app for our gifting products, especially because we offer personalization, and I have to say it has made such a difference. The app makes the whole process of creating and customizing bundles so much easier and clearer, both for us and for our customers. Even though I’m not a tech expert, I was able to set things up smoothly thanks to the excellent support I received. Shri, in particular, was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to guide me through the setup and resolve my issues. I really appreciate the time and effort taken to ensure everything worked perfectly for our store. This app has truly simplified our workflow and enhanced the shopping experience we can offer our customers.

EXACTLY what I have been waiting for! Came changer for bundle and set building. I have tried MANY apps to try to achieve the look and feel of this builder. The team is such a great help! Harsh is awesome.

We had some specific needs for creating a bundle and we were able to accomplish it with the Fly Bundle app. Support was very responsible. We also wanted some additional customization which we were able to receive from them for an additional cost (which is understandable given what we were looking to do) and liked having that as an option from the team.

This has been a really great app and a nice addition to our website. Customer service has been great, and Harsh has done a fantastic job setting up the app for us. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is that I believe it's a little expensive for what it can do. This program and its bundle builder should be one app.
