The FlyBundle team has been incredibly helpful in setting up product bundles for us. They consistently go the extra mile, even assisting with customizations whenever we needed them. Shri was very helpful in handling my problems and ensuring I could make the most out of Flybundle's features. There was an error and the 'Add to Cart' button was on the side of the screen, cut off. Shri and the support team fixed this within around 12 hrs.

Overall very happy with the Fly Bundles & Quantity Breaks app. It's very easy to use and has many customization features built in that others don't have and the support from Harsh & Shri has been fantastic! Another bonus is that this app is free or relatively low flat monthly pricing vs others are charging based on sales volume which is not sustainable.

Super easy to setup. I really wanted fixed bundles on my website and this seemed like the perfect app to do the job. I had a couple of hiccups with inventory management, however the team were very responsive in solving the problem and implementing a fix. Would recommend.

We’ve tried a few apps for bundles and discounts before but Fly just makes it simple. It does exactly what we need. We can easily create bundle offers and quantity breaks without anything breaking on the site or looking off.

We’ve had a fantastic experience using the Fly: Bundles & Upsell plugin. It’s packed with customization options that let us build everything from mix-and-match kits to “frequently bought together” suggestions and tiered discount bundles—all styled to match our brand. It’s not the kind of tool you set up in two clicks, but that’s part of its strength. The depth of options means you can fine-tune every part of the experience to fit your business, and that’s made a real impact on our sales.

The support team is excellent—quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions. They’ve also been receptive to feedback and seem committed to improving the app as Shopify evolves.

The one current limitation is that bundling doesn’t yet work with subscription products. This is due to how Shopify handles those two systems separately. According to their support documentation, they plan to support this functionality as soon as Shopify makes it possible.

Overall, highly recommended for any store looking to use bundling as a real growth strategy.
