Initially, we downloaded the app but couldn't find the feature we needed. However, Phoebe, a member of the support team, appeared immediately and assisted us in identifying that feature. It was wonderful to have her support. Now we can use the app as we desire.

My store needed to print out invoices for local customers. This app seems to have it all. I was able to communicate with customer service right away. She helped me a few questions I had and stayed on with my while I tested the invoice out to make sure it looked and operated the way I needed it. Am excited to finally be able to print invoices within my Shopify store instead of generating them off line.
Support is very fast and accurate.
