Great Form Builder . Simple and easy to use and very flexible. Support staff are prompt and very knowledgeable. I required a function that was not natively built in but Adan took care of it on the back end. Thanks again from Team Tangem Australia.

Wasn't sure how to set up a contact form with an auto response on my Shopify account, so I set up a meeting with their support team. Talked with Alisa, who was extremely helpful and was able to resolve all the issues I had! My form looks great and am very happy with this app. Highly recommend if you need a contact form with an auto response.

I love that they take suggestions and have new implementations. The free version is nice, put the pro and pro+ offer a lot of nice extra's.

This is hands down one of the best apps on Shopify. We’ve been using it for years, and I can’t even remember when we first installed it - it has worked flawlessly ever since. The most impressive part? We’ve only ever used the free features. On the rare occasions when I needed support (just twice over the years), the team responded immediately and resolved everything quickly. If we ever need any of their paid features, this will be the first place to check.

*UPDATED* MISSING KEY FEATURE: We needed to be able to edit the admin email (the email we get when someone fills out our form) into a simple format of just data (for copying/pasting) and were told this email is not editable. Bummer! Unfortunately this is a non-negotiable for us since we do this copy/paste daily. For this reason alone, I'm choosing to uninstall.

I am new to this app (we use a different form app on another one of our stores), so I was curious to see how it would go. The form was relatively simple to create and embed but we had a field we wanted removed from the address line. I reached out to support and their response time was pretty much immediate. However the person chatting with me had to pass me on to someone else to work on the fix. It did take several hours for the change to take, but Vishal was helpful to get our form looking/working exactly as we wanted and that's what I want in an app/developer! For now, based on my experience, I recommend Hulk Form Builder if you want customizable forms that are easy to use and support staff that's willing and able to help. Easy to use forms with functionality for everything you'll ever need in Shopify! Built-in styling works great and there are options for those of us who like to add custom CSS styles too.

This app is the best. Beginner friendly. Easy to edit and build the forms and the customer service is phenomenal. I built my form with no issues. I just didn’t know how to embed it into my website. Contacted support and Cristian was great. Professional and knowledgeable. Had my form embedded on my website within 10 minutes. Highly recommend

Straight forward builder, does the job reliably which is not a regular thing with Shopify apps. Plus: if there ever are questions, the support is really fast, kind and good.
