It's easy to use. It'd be great if I can have more control on the UI & UX design.

The level of support that these guys give is unreal. They have even done custom backend stuff to get my forms looking and feeling exactly how we want. I have been extremely impressed and will continue to use them for all my custom form needs!

This app has been very helpful to get my store up and running. I have found the app works extremely reliably and always as expected. Customer service has been helpful on the few, random occasions I had questions or wanted to ask for clarification on how something functioned.

I needed a form where people can upload files and this is perfect. It was easy to create and design the form how I needed it to be and implement onto my shop. Muaza from support on live chat was amazing and helped me when my form appeared on two pages and I couldn't work out how and why. Muaza fixed the problem there and then and explained what had happened - when you add your form as a block it will add to each page that uses that template. However, if you insert the short code in to the html it'll show on that page only.

Using the Hulk Form Builder app has been an exceptional experience. Their customer service is top-notch, always responsive and ready to assist. The support team goes above and beyond to ensure all queries are promptly addressed. We've been using this app for nearly a year. Beautiful forms that integrate nicely with our theme. Decent customer service.

However, we'll be deleting this app as soon as we find a replacement. The notifications feature is unstable, which forces us to check the back end regularly for leads and inquiries. We love to respond immediately so this technical glitch is unacceptable.

We no longer recommend this app.

Customer service is great! I do wish I had the ability to manually move the elements on the form content (unless I missed it). Otherwise great.
