Excellent customer care with Sanjay. He helped me set up the form so that it integrates smoothly with Klaviyo. I have found you need to save the forms multiple times as you go to save your work but very happy with the results.
I just updated our forms after using them a for a few years. Very nice calendar and time data elements, that I don't remember from the original usage. We've used our Hulk forms to collect reservation requests from thousands of people. I particularly like the ability to easily export the results in Excel format and the flexibility of sending emails to multiple email addresses.
The customer service is impressive—quick and efficient. Deepa responded promptly, offering detailed solutions to my issue, and she was both patient and helpful. The app’s functionality is outstanding; you can customize it to suit your specific needs. I highly recommend it!

Works really well, easy to customise to fit into your theme & reasonably priced too. Very user friendly so have only had to use support once but when I did that was satisfactory too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Hulk Form Builder seems to be meeting our needs nicely. We have been using this app for about 18 months now (started on free plan but then upgraded to pro plan).
We have initiated chats with support a number of times now for integration questions, custom code, and issues and they have always been very prompt and easy to deal with. The documentation could be more robust but that is easily mitigated for with the live support. We are very satisfied the app and the support team.

We had an issue getting email notifications coming through to our email but Emira with the customer service team was able to step in and correct the issue very quickly. Highly recommend the upgrade to pro, as it gives greater form flexibility options.
