I used this app to create a form that customers can use to sell products on my store - its worked great and we are really happy with the way you can fully customise the form to suit your needs. Hulk Form Builder is easy to use and the support is wonderful! I submitted a ticket when I was having trouble with a form integrating with Klaviyo. Eldin and the team jumped in very quickly to help and figured out the issue for me within 24 hours (it was my own error, no fault of the app). I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service. Highly recommend.

Decent app, terrible support. I've had to wait a full day for a single response from live chat each time this week.. by the time there's finally a response it's a new chat agent. Their documentation is completely lacking so it's difficult to figure out basic tasks like email opt-in. Either add to your documentation or take your "live" chat when there's no one available..

This app is just simply amazing. It has helped my business tremendously in terms of keeping my clients and their messages to me organized. I also no longer have to worry about asking the same preliminary questions to clients over and over again, I can just simply have it in the form. Support is also great and quick to answer any and all questions I have. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the first review I have ever written, but Hulk Apps have consistently come through for me.
Form Builder is simple and intuitive and I like that there is a free option, but can upgrade for more features if desired.
I needed more support for Volume & Tiered Discounts, but the Support Crew worked with me until I got exactly what I wanted - for free.
Quality product, great service.

The Homer Simpson animated gif is more annoying than the last pop up you had. Maybe focus on making your app better and less on getting reviews to make people thing your app is great. At least don't have it pop up over the only work space in the app. The forms are pretty clunky and the export fields get really messy in the address column. Super glad we aren't paying for this. I'm switching to google forms for now.

Great experience. I have had this app installed on one site for about a year and have had no problems.
I installed it on another site and got hung up. Their support answered my request almost immediately late on a Friday. That was unexpected, but super awesome. They told me what I did wrong and offered to copy over the forms from the existing site to the new site.

Top notch support on top of an app that works really well.

Needed a new form for careers page. Was having trouble figuring out where to paste the code and a chat representative sent over an easy-to-follow video demonstrating where to go in my own shop. Additionally, the address element auto-populates a box with "province" rather than "state" and another simple chat and a representative fixed it for me once given the correct access (sent an email and I accepted their request to access).
