Perfect for our site. Easy to set up and use. I would recommend this to anyone who is just tarting out with forms.
This app is great! Very easy to use and great customer service. It's the best contact form on Shopify
Amazing app really helped us out a lot. Very user friendly. We were sick of Shopify not giving us the ability to change out contact to us form and this is the perfect app!
Hello I want to know if i can create a link in a product description for example and when the customer click on it, the form show up. Instead of always showing the form when the page is loaded. A little bit like the pop up but with a link.
Easy install and integration. Look forward to receiving 100s of submission for potential customers. Thank you Form Builder
Cool app, great support. Helped me setup a nice form to collect the information we need to process alteration credits. Other form builders do not support a number of the features and options they have.
Works very well and fast to make new custom forms. I use from surveys to wholesale applications. It also integrates with Shopify User Variables so you can update and create new users via the forms.
The Form builder app is super easy to use, and to also customize the forms you want. It was very easy to integrate with my free shopify theme pages
Super easy to customize and to install! Exactly what I needed. No coding experience required and beautiful templates.
Loving the app so far! Easy to use, super intuitive and I love that they have a free option, just in case we don't need a lot of forms
