UPDATE:
I was nearly able to get the app set-up by myself. However, we were running into a couple of technical issues. Taylor worked with me for several hours and made sure that I was taken care of and ensured that we got what we needed. Taylor was a huge help. I still don't care for the AI, but the support and staff are great.

The customer service is great, Taylor helped me out super quick as was lovely. The form has helped us increase our exhibition bookings massively.

Great app! We've been using it for years now. And Taylor is being so helpful on solving my issues instantly. I wish it has a functionality to automatically delete old submitted form to free up storage.

Worked great. Love it.
I needed a clean, reliable form solution for referral/sponsor sign-ups and custom data collection. Powerful Form Builder delivered exactly what I needed without the usual headaches. Setup was straightforward, the forms look professional, and everything submitted and processed smoothly.
Emma made the whole experience even better. Clear, helpful, and responsive. Anytime I had a question she jumped on it quickly and got me sorted. That level of support is rare and really appreciated.

Taylor from support was great to work with very helpful and human. Nice to have when you are getting frustrated! The three stars were for the app, not Taylor. He gets 5 stars. I ran into an issue publishing because it was not recognizing the app in my theme. Per Taylor's instructions, i had to copy and paste the html inside my page, which worked fine. I also later found out that i will need to add my customers manually after i approve them. Not so hot....it will serve the purpose for now.

The app has doubled our inquires since we started using it a few months ago. The support I have received from Emma and Taylor has been quick and efficient allowing our business to flourish.

The UI for building the form can feel tricky at times, but once you get the hang of it, it can probably do (almost) exactly what you need.

I had quite specific niche requirements and it works great.

The support is also brilliant, Taylor and the team were able to help fix some formatting challenges I had at short notice.

This is a great form app, we have been using it really happily for 2 years. But I have only needed customer support now, when bots have started to use it to register in huge amounts; Emma was fast to amend my settings, but also showed me how in case I needed to do the same on other forms.
