Customer service is very helpful
Their customer support team has been excellent in helping me troubleshoot a few minor issues, and their responses have always been timely and thorough. The forms integrate beautifully with my store and allow me to deliver the prompt, organized customer service experience I aim to provide. I also appreciate receiving instant notifications whenever a form is submitted—an essential feature for staying responsive.
