So far, so good! I'm still working on setting up our customer-facing content, but I have no complaints about the standard plan yet. The app's customer service, namely John, has been exceptionally helpful with any questions that've come up. The best Shopify app devs I've ever dealt with. The app works flawlessly and their support is fantastic. They'll check your entire cookie set-up at any point after any changes to the tracking or site theme etc and make sure everythings working properly. Super clear, simple step-by step guides (including videos!) on how to do everything.

The Consentmo app is an excellent tool for managing compliance. My experience with the support team was outstanding, especially thanks to Zeus Racoma.
I contacted support with a technical issue of 'Uncrawlable Link' in the cookie banner. Zeus addressed the issue immediately, provided clear communication, and confirmed the fix was implemented by the technical team in under 24 hours.
This level of fast, effective, and technical support is exactly what a Shopify store owner needs. Highly recommend the app and especially the expert support from Zeus!
Exceptional help from the support team! I previously used Cookiebot by Usercentrics before switching to Consentmo, and the difference is remarkable. The integration is much easier, and the support is outstanding. Highly recommended!
Edit: got a issue on my Google consent mode V2 which was a bit too techinical for me. Luckily their staff Zeus helped with great explanation and ease! Top service!
