Consentmo GDPR Compliance

Getting your Shopify store up to speed with Google’s GDPR requirements can be a headache, but Consentmo GDPR made it a breeze. Zeus was a total lifesaver—he helped me set up and configure all the code in no time. While Consentmo is great out of the box, there are a couple additional steps to enable complete protection. I reached out to Consentmo support to fine tune our privacy compliance settings and John responded almost immediately and helped me get all of our settings dialed in. He stayed with me the entire time and checked each implementation after it was completed. I really wish all businesses offered the same level of support as Consentmo.

Works well and has great CS. keep in mind that out of the box, this app will not have your site up to state or national compliance...it still needs set up on an individual cookie basis.

Have had some great support from Georgi and Zeus. We have been working through some issues with duplicate code, issues with Elevar implementation and Google Ads tracking and GA4 tracking and have managed to resolve everything with the help of the Consentmo support team. Thank you for your assistance and patience.

I haven't yet tried all the features, but of the 4-5 apps I've looks at, this one seems to have the best features, nicest interface, and a HUGE amount of help documentation, videos, examples, etc.

This app is great! It helps our store easily to get into compliance with various privacy laws and regulations that are constantly expanding and changing. Also, the support agent, John, with Consentmo Support is excellent! He always responds so quickly to any concerns or issues I may have while configuring this app. It is great to have a quality app pair with stellar support.

The app works really well and is easy to use. However I had some difficulties linking my Google Analytics to my store in a compliant manner.

It was super easy to get support from this app though! I didn't get any bots but immediately got to talk to a human. Zeus talked me through all the steps with angelic patience and even implemented some of the required code himself.

The service made me feel bad that I'm on the free plan right now. Will definitely switch to a paid plan once I have the monthly cashflow to do so

The app is good and does exactly what I need it to do to make sure I'm GDPR compliant, especially since I use Printify and sell to customers over in Europe. John was a big help and it is nice to know that support is very quick to answer your chats when you have a question. I always look for good customer service when I download a new app because it makes a big difference as you're learning to navigate the app and how it works.
