Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

I haven’t tried other similar apps yet, but here’s my experience. The app offers plenty of customization options for colors, typography, sizes, and menu positioning.

However, it doesn’t import your existing Shopify menu, you have to rebuild it entirely. Also, once you choose your block layout (1, 2, 3+ columns with images), it can’t easily be changed later. If your catalog grows and you want a different structure, you’ll need to start over with a new block. If you want this kind of presentation.

Overall, it’s powerful but not very flexible for future adjustments.
On the positive side, the support team is excellent!

Using this app in a second shop now, in the first shop, already for a few years...We doesnt have any single problem with this app, which is extremely rare nowadays. Works 100%. I am very thankful for this beautiful app. Thanks again...

This app works great, allowing for much greater customisation of your menu than the Shopify menu builder.

Had a small issue integrating the menu into the theme I was using where it was restricting itself into a tiny container. Quick message to Globo support and Sarah had it fixed shortly after, and the menu looks exactly as I had envisaged and works perfectly.

The standard nav menu can handle our large product catalog and associated categories, but after opening our site to the Canadian market, we needed another separate nav menu to handle a much smaller catalog. We reached our to Sarah and the Globo team and they made it happen for us!

Update 2: I got in contact with the support team again after I decided to rebuild our website's menu. Steven had my design idea processed in minutes and I couldn't be happier. Love this plugn.

Update: On the off chance the support team could help me, I reached out to them to fix a bug I'd noticed due to the old Shopify menu still appearing briefly. Within minutes Helen had the whole thing sorted.

Original: A great plugin, simple to use, with great customer service too. Very glad to have changed over from the last Mega Menu service I was using. This one ticks all the boxes.

We had a handful of special design requests that went beyond the purview of this app, but Sarah and the team were incredibly helpful in implementing those features on our website anyway. Good app; even better customer service.

This app has been so easy to navigate and build on since it's very user-friendly. We did run into one issue with a theme conflict but their support team was super easy to communicate and they handled the issue quickly. I will be using this app in the future when I need another mega menu added to one of my clients websites.
