This is a great app that allows me to arrange my menu in many different ways. There is great support available when needed.
I was super excited to wake up with my Globo Mega Menu updated to my new website theme. When I changed from a summer to fall site, the icons had disappeared. A quick outreach to Sarah, Annie and Elise was all I needed to to to get back on track :-)
could not ask for better help sent a message and woke up to all issues fixed.
It was a little bit difficult to communicate with the agents but things got done with patience.
Giving it 3 stars because we regularly run into issues, but we do get good responses from their team to help fix them.
