we've been using globo for awhile now and have very rarely had issues so it's been great for the most part. We did have a small problem that was a shopify issue and Steven helped super quickly <3
Excellent menu. Ran into a minor issue which wasn’t actually due to the app at all, it was to do with a Shopify bug, but Helen was able to help with the issue on their server side. 10/10 recommend this app

I just had great experience with Helen in their chat support team! I was encountering a bug that is on Shopify's end, but she was able to take care of what I needed on her side behind the scenes. I'm all set to be able to start building the menu I want. She also showed me how to adjust the width of the mega menu columns so I can experiment with adding more columns. Kudos to Helen for proactively solving my problem and being so friendly!
