Have been using this app for a few weeks now. Must say "it works", yes some features are a bit hidden but thanks to a great support team i got the help i needed and have enjoyed the rest of my work.
Excellent app and outstanding customer support! The Globo Menu team Annie and Steven were incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to resolve any questions I had during setup. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly for my store. The app is easy to use, highly customizable, and has greatly improved my site's navigation. Highly recommend both the app and the amazing support team. Thank you for all your help!
We recently launched this app on our live site with its basic functionality, so it's still too early for us to fully evaluate long-term performance and results.
What we can evaluate so far is the support team. During setup, we reached out several times with questions, and the Globo team was consistently responsive, helpful, and thorough in addressing our concerns.
Today, I worked with Steven regarding an issue that appeared on our live site but was not present in the preview environment. He quickly identified and resolved one issue and is actively investigating a separate loading concern with his team. He has committed to following up with us as they continue their review.
Based on our experience so far, the support has been excellent. We'll plan to update this review after we've had more time to use the app and explore its additional features.

Support has been 10/10—they assist and collaborate on the installation and setup process quickly and efficiently. This App is very useful and easy to adjust.
Wish there were more editing options, however it is very easy to use with the Free and Growth Navigation versions.
