I have downloaded so many apps to use on our shopify store ( bodygoodies.com ) looking for something for our customers to check a box and add paper free product shipping to their cart. Installed app and it works as advertised, had trouble positioning the widget and Andrian from support replied instantly and had it all working in secs.

App is easy to use! Beautiful design blend seamlessly with our website! Customer service is amazing! We used this app to offer a gift wrap option for our baby store. The app automatically matched the font style that we are using on our website, and it was easy to change the color of the design to perfectly match our website theme. We strongly recommend! It worked for a few days and then it failed on mobile and wasn't showing (while still showing on desktop). Then, after a few more days, it failed on desktop as well. It simply stopped showing - despite trying to reset the app and the functions. I reached out for help and unfortunately they weren't able to help and wound up just letting it go completely. Sadly, I had to delete the app and I'll be researching other options.
