Fantastic app! I had difficulty setting it up but Chandra was fantastic and got it working perfectly. I’m very happy. It really adds credibility to my website and is fantastic value with the one off cost.
I have only just installed the app, so far so good. It looks very promissing in attaining the transparency and trust that we are looking for. During the installation process Chandra was very helpful and attentive.
So far so good, the app works, I don't have to request reviews and it looks pretty good in my website. Chendra provide a pretty good customer service, super fast and efficient. Keep up the excellent customer service!
upon install i had a coding issue when trying to configure my Our Google Customer Reviews, Chandra sorted it out with one email and we are now configured and ready to go.
App does everything is says it does.

App worked as described, perfect for a new store with no sales, customers or reviews. Great support, did some custom CSS to answer a request very quickly. Would be great to have a Klavyio integration. Loving the app so far.
Fantastic service & excellent support! We had problems integrating but customer support came back immediately. We also had questions about other issues and they were very helpful to address and provide solution not related to their product.
This did exactly what it said 'on the tin' and has enhanced our site by providing reliable and not obtrusive review facility. The 'hand hold' was significant and allowed the app to be integrated with the minimum of fuss by our 'minimally' experienced technical team.
I’m giving 5 stars to Chandra for helping me, setup was not as straight forward as I had hoped, but apparently working now. I would like to be able to change the message to something more personal.
I have since contacted Chandra for help and received excellent support.
The app creator is awesome. She is super customer service and is more than willing to help with any issues. The app works perfectly and I highly recommend it. Great value. Did I mention the great customer service? All app developers should provide this level of customer service and knowledge! Awesome.
Easy to use and providing the much needed customer review badge before you get to the magic 100. Questions that I had about the app were quickly and comprehensively dealt with by very helpful customer service, indeed the person I dealt with went above and beyond - couldn't have asked for better service!
