Nabu for Google Shopping Feed

AdNabu app has worked reliably vs other merchant center feed apps I've used. But the most impressive of all is the support level which is excellent. I ran into link url issues and was able to speak with AdNabu support soon afterwards. Within 10 mins I was able to correct all issues on Google Merchant center! AdNabu support is nothing short of excellent. What's even more astonishing is I'm still on the free version, but you'd never know that based on the amazing support I've received so far. AdNabu is very dedicated to the success of their customers!

I used the app to help me push my products to Google. I have been having issues doing this by myself because my products are digital downloads and do not ship. I saw this app recommended on a message board and opted to give it a try. I'm so pleased I did. My products are now all pushed to Google, showing zero errors and showing up in search. More than anything, I received INCREDIBLE customer service while trying to troubleshoot warnings and products being declined. My questions were answered very quickly and I was even sent follow-up messages to check-in with my progress. Absolutely amazing customer service!

Wow, what can I say. We swapped from the shopify inbuilt google app to this because we had issues with the GTIN/Barcodes syncing over to GMC. Had a small issue that was resolved by support quickly within a few hours to get the app up and running on our store. Got into the app and started looking around, plenty of support for multiple countries out of the box and a breeze to setup and sync with our current GMC already running. We then had a bit of an issue that I reached out to support for. I was replied to quickly and given some great advice to work with even though it was more a quirk of Google than the app itself. The team are very very helpful in getting it setup and running and cant thank them enough. The app has definately helped the quality of our GMC feed and pointed out where we were failing and decrypting googles warning system Highly rate this app and the support. And its FREE!

fiperformance.com has over 150k products and most were throttled or killed by google for missing shipping and GTIN #'s which were all there but the google app sucks because it doesn't put the data in the right places. I don't have the time to mess with the feed with supplements and attribute control so I tried out this app and I wished I had found it sooner.

Very straight forward and the Nabu team was given access to my GMC and shopify and did their thing flawlessly. I have a lot less work on my plate and now need to fix things like missing images, overlays, policy violations because google thinks some car parts are weapons.

I also did screenshare with Sampy and she went over all the features of the app and made sure it was performing as it should.

The cost of the app for my low volume / high average order (over $1000) store is totally worth it and if it generates 1 sales a month it pays for itself and a lot more.

3rd Update: 20/10/23
Had to reach out to support as some of my metafields were not being processed, after spending some time working through it with Ashwitha we found there were some glitches at their end which were remedied quickly. Once again their support has been great.

2nd Update: 14/09/20
Shubham and co. are a top team, I had a couple of minor issues relating to mapping metafields to Google Shopping tags and they help me straighten it out quickly and easily. If you are running Shopify 2.0 and have not yet used metafields with Google Shopping it makes certain tasks so much easier in conjunction with this app.

Thanks to all the AdNabu team for helping me straighten out my issues with Google Merchant/Google Shopping. They took the time to help me solve them, even when we found that some were down to my not completing the Shopping Ads setup (thought I had) they still took the time to ensure I was up and running (and still stay in touch) If you need to get onto Google Shopping I cannot recommend them enough.

Simple to use and way better than the free Shopify Google Feed, I'm expecting great things when Google sees the feed from this app. You can easily see what needs work much like any good SEO editor and the scores tell you if you are heading in the right direction.

I used this app to saving time upload to Google Feed. Although sometimes working is not smooth but still rate 5* for good support.

A must have app if your online store is having difficulties with google shopping feeds! This has become an important app for our online store.
