After weeks of painstaking research and talking to support staff, I have found this app which helped me solve our problem with missing sub-attribute [shipping]. Very convenient especially if you have digital products that don't need a shipping fee. Great customer service also, very fast response <3
This app immediately solved all of our Google Shopping Feed/Merchant Center issues! We've been using the free Google app but it wasn't a great fit for us. Customer service is top notch and I would dare to say better than most large public SaaS companies that we use. You get way more than you what you pay for! Another great app from the AdNabu Team! Still waiting to test the performance of the app, but I have to share the amazing customer support I got from Shagufta - she helped me work out the issues super quick and list all of my products on Google seamlessly. Amazing customer support you can count on

Installed the app, worked perfeclty instantly.
Later on I had some issues with Merchant center, not something caused by Nabu. Something caused by Shopify and my settings. Despite this Nabu took the time and helped me fix everything. 100% serviceminded. That is the type of people and companies I want to do business with.

I've only been using the app for a short time, but I'm very satisfied. As they say in Germany: First impressions count! And gut feeling is crucial. After testing several different apps, I landed on NABU. The app is very fast, user-friendly, and above all, the support team has a very quick response time, especially Mrs. Priya. That's important, especially for small and medium-sized businesses that use NABU. My recommendation: a solid 5+ stars!
