I was migrating from the Google & Youtube App because Simprosys offered greater control and flexibility. Past experience has taught me that this is something that one does not take lightly. They did a great job of helping me evaluate the software and walking me through a smooth install.

App offers a lot of settings and features, some of them require going through documentation/YT videos, but once you have it all set up right, you get the reap the benefits. And they have a great support team for any issues or to assist you with the process.

They have outstanding service. They provide help with google merchant service free of charge. Unlike other companies they want to charge you extra fee for a small advice. I have this same company for my other store and I love the app. Very easy to use and very easy to submit your items for advertising and very easy to unpublish items that are not popular sale which saves you time and money.

Thank you Sohil for helping me fix the backend issue. I had received am email saying that the Google merchant feed is getting duplicated as it is coming from both Shopify directly and via Symprosys. Sohil helped in check all the backend connections from Shopify, from Google Merchant center and the Google Ad center. Then we disconnected the direct feed from shopify and retained the same via symprpsys to overcome duplication. He checked if the ads are all running fine. He patiently make sure everything is working fine and make me understand a few things. I have been using this app for over 3 years and it has been running smoothly. I have always had support team help me whenever I reached out to them. So thank you Sohil and I shall always recommend Symprosys.
