This app has some truly amazing features. I was keen to use the ‘reviews’ and ‘wish list’ functions which are excellent. The handy log-in function is also worth having especially with the links to social media. I was nervous about integrating all these features but I didn’t need to be as they did it all for me. Within no time at all I was up and running. Highly recommended.

This app by Growave is amazing. Has so many features that you can do away with many other apps. Usually, an app that does many different things, does one thing well and the other functions are afterthoughts, but this isn't the case here. It's amazing and does each of the many functions extremely well.

The app is super powerful and works as expected. Support has been just as amazing and very responsive. I highly recommend this app!!!

Excellent Customer Service! Unlike most apps, this app has support reach out to you and initiate help. Very quick response and delivers everything they say they will! A lot of apps on here have a lot of red tape when it comes to tech support but this one doesn’t.

I found Growave when looking for a rewards/loyalty app for our store. Growave does that very well but so much more. I also use Growave for our reviews, Instagram feed and wishlist functions. This meant we were able to consolidate the apps we previously had running in our store from four to one. If that's not reason enough to add Growave to your store, the support that you get for this app is quick, efficient and super helpful. I highly recommend.

I've only had this app about a week, but the support team has been SO helpful with any questions I had along the way getting it all set up. Super easy to use too! Love that it's an all-inclusive type app so I'm not having to manage several apps. I recently had an issue with my cart icon not displaying and they literally had in fixed for me within an hour! So grateful!

The level of service I've had with the team at Growave, especially with Tattu, has just been amazing. Top notch service along with top notch applications. I've been a big fan since moving over all of my separate apps that did what Growave does individually all onto Growave's platform. While it hasn't been easy, Growave's team has helped me every step of the way, and even went above and beyond to make all the little details stand out for my brand. Best customer service of 2020 award if I could give them one. The team have become friends. They have been there for me through the ordeals of Covid19 and gone out of their way to help as best as they can. If this year has taught us anything in business it's about empathy and trust with who we partner and work with. Who will listen to us and return messages to use their service and that is priceless. Growave app gets some things right, but also has some rough edges. However, that said, there is nothing more important than a company that truly cares about doing right by their customers. It is because of the issues that I have had with the app that I happily recommend them; while the app isn't perfect, they have customer support that truly cares, and most importantly, they empower their support team to do right be their customers. Shopify themselves should learn from Growave's example of actually CARING about their customers! Highly recommended.

So far I am loving this app. You are able to adjust the look of all the components so they match your store which I love. The customer service is prompt and effective.
